You can upload a PDF with as many cards as you want — we've tested up to 200 cards per file. Each card becomes a row in the Excel output.
We handle standard layouts well (name + title + contact info). Highly stylized cards with unusual typography may need a manual check, but our OCR is improving constantly.
Yes. Output columns are named to match the most common CRM import templates. You may need to adjust field mapping in your CRM's import wizard.
