Get a row per transaction — ready for reconciliation
Upload, balance check, export, import into QuickBooks — the whole flow.
Download your statement as a PDF from Chase online banking e l'app Chase Mobile and upload it here: myocr reads the Chase layout, puts each transaction on its own row (date, description, debit/credit, balance) and automatically reconciles the running balance so no transaction is lost. It also handles scanned and multi-page Chase statements. Export to Excel, CSV or OFX; files are auto-deleted and never used to train models.
Convert the Chase PDF here: the automatic balance check verifies that opening balance + transactions = closing balance, to the cent.
Download the result as OFX (recommended for Xero – nothing to map) or CSV.
In Xero go to Accounting → Bank accounts, select the account and click Import a Statement.
Upload the file; with CSV, map Date, Amount and Description when asked (Payee and Reference are optional).
Reconcile as usual – the totals were already verified against the statement's opening and closing balances.
Not directly – Xero imports OFX or CSV files, not PDFs. Convert the Chase statement first: myocr extracts the transactions and checks that they add up to the closing balance before you download.
Date, Amount and Description at minimum; Payee and Reference are optional. The CSV you download here already uses import-friendly columns, and if you prefer zero mapping, download OFX instead.
